Returns Policy
We do not provide refunds, but within a 30-day time period from when the original order was delivered, an online-only store credit can be provided. However, if the bracelet has been worn, not in original packaging or condition, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Products purchased at retail stores would need to go the retailer, and subject to their store policy. Purchases made at pop-up shops or events are final sale. In order to exchange, or return for store credit, the product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product(s) was received. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return or exchange; product(s) purchased online cannot be returned in a local retail store. Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses when returning this package to us. Kyle Roberts does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

How to determine your wrist size
Measure your wrist:
Option 1: Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1.5 cms. You can then add or subtract cms according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit.
Option 2: Use our Kyle Roberts Wrist Sizer. Before printing, make sure the "page scaling" option is set to "none" in the dialogue box of your printer options. The Wrist Sizer must be printed on full-size standard letter paper. Follow the instructions and make note of your wrist size.
